Hi everyone, I've got another issue, I've just had to change my battery in my Hp laptop, now ours been changed its showing that that battery indicator is fully charged but as soon as I take the charger out the laptop goes of. I'm also having an issue with something else as I can't factory reset the laptop due to an issue with the short drive. If anyone knows or has had these issues themselves and fixed it please let me know before I end up jumping all over my laptop. Thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is powering off as soon as you disconnect the charger.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the battery issue is resolved.
