Product: Hp 250 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop would not charge beyond around 25% and even then it was intermittent as to when it would choose to charge. It also would not power on with the ac cable and battery removed. I have updated bios, battery and ac drivers, replaced battery with a new one (which did charge to 100% but would not charge again) replaced power cord. Can you help me with what could be the issue please?
