Envy x360 15m-eu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Hp Envy x360 15 eu series. Long story short, I ran Macrium Reflect restore, deleted the recovery partition (that's the long story part) in Macrium app, and booted to Macrium restore mode. It got stuck. So I had to power down without completing the restore. Now I am stuck royally.

I can't boot into Windows, I can't boot from any bootable USB or CD. It would not go into Windows recovery mode because the recovery partition is gone. I have tried Windows boot USB, Hiren's boot CD, Macrium Reflect recovery CD, etc etc. It just boots into a blank screen. It does not boot into WinPE. No message. One strange thing though, every time I try booting from USB, at the point it tries to load WinPE, the screen shows Hp logo, not Windows logo.

Can anyone guide me what could have gone wrong. I have run all diagnostics available on BIOS menu. No hardware problem found.
Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
