Product: hp probook 4740s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp Laptop 4740s error lights slow blinking power and internet white and wifi orange slow blinks

laptop was working fine customer gets home and no go !

we find no apparent damage but when power button pressed the power leds and internet led aew slow blinking white and wi fi slow blinking orange  nothing else happens

any help would be much appreciated
