Notebook 15-ac121dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Hp notebook will not boot. when i turn it on the backlight lights up but no "Hp" logo appears.

when I press esc: "ESC...Pause Startup" stays on screen

F1: "F1..System Information"

F2: "F2...Startup Check"

F9: "Change Boot Device Order"

F10: "F10...BIOS Setup Options"

F11: "F11...System Recovery"

When I press the following buttons it shows those words and then its stuck until I power it off. I have tried everything including the bios recovery key combo. Its been like this for months. The exact model of my laptop is Hp Notebook 15-ac121dx.

Any help?

Hi

The F2 diagnostic routine failing to run suggests a problem with the Main Board.

Beyond me, Sorry.

Hi

The important one is the F2 option to test the Hard Disk.

Can you post a picture of the screen with the F2 option selected please?
