Product: Probook 450 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Probook 450 G5 black screen issue,

In different ways, sometimes during system starting, sometimes during bios boot up, sometimes during working, when system has loaded, I god black screen, the fan start working in higher speed, and laptop frozen...

I try to use different ram and SSD, try to reinstall windows, that does not help.

In Ukraine HP service center I was told that all their tests are passed, they can not determine the problem...

I don't know what to do...

It has left 6 months HP Carepack warranty, Serial number:[personal info removed]
