HP Recommended

Hello all

My elitebook will not power on

The on light is on continuously as is the cap lock light.  The battery light at the front of the machine is blinking and the one next to it is on white continuously. 

I have removed battery and held the power button down for a minute, then plugged in adapter and it does not solve the problem. 

I have also replaced the AC adapter. 

Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed
