Hi,

I bought the laptop 2 days ago and switched it on without connecting the AC adapter for the first time,I could set up till the fingerprint and the system blacked out.Now the power led keeps blinking bt there is nothing on the screen.even when I connect the AC the charging led and the power led blink,but the system wouldn't turn on.i tied checking the blink code it doesn't follow any pattern,bios reset and CMOS reset also didn't do any good,any idea on what might be wrong?any help is very much appreciated,thank you.
