Recently, I was using my HP Envy 17 touchscreen laptop, and everything seemed fine. I closed it and placed it in my book bag. However, when I attempted to turn it on the next day, it wouldn't power up at all—not even the charge light lit up. If anyone can help me fix this that would be nice !:)

Hi @Joshisabot ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

The battery may be completely drained and dead.  The battery will likely no longer charge after having been completely drained.

Perform the steps from this document and see if that works.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
