Hi guys

 

My laptop was working fine yesterday and went to do work today and when I switch it on, the screen does nothing, I can hear the fan going and the caps lock button is flashing

 

what do I do? I bought it in 2020 but it hasn’t had major travel or bumps, I keep it updated and realistically I use my work computer more but I’m very disappointed that a laptop 3 years old with fa use is not registering. My colleague said it might be a BIOS thing but if I can’t get into it how do I resolve?
