Hp envy x360 turned off and won’t turn back on (fully charged and no sign of life)

Hi,

The other day I was using my laptop and it suddenly ‘clicked’ before turning off. It was fully charged at the time and will not turn back on, not even any sign of lights on the on switch/AC port or fans making any sound. I have followed the guidance on the virtual assistant to reset the battery by holding the button in for 10 seconds etc. but no response at all.

Please help! I have a dissertation due this month.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the system hardware as computer is not powering on.
