Hp laptop 17t-cn000 3f0 error and keyboard does not work for bitlocker key insertion

Hi Team, I have a hp laptop, specifications are in the subject. I bought it from amazon custom built. It was working fine for the first year but now for 6 month or so, it keeps giving me this 3FO error, Operating System not found. I have installed windows for how many times I dont remember now. The problem is it works fine for multiple days then the laptop starts to freeze and restarts again. Or if it doesn’t it keeps on freezing and when the processor starts taking load at max it starts working and it happens after every 5 minutes or so. Now that I was searching for the solution by restarting it again and again and now the windows does not start at all. It says to insert the bitlocker recovery key and the keyboard does not work in that section. How do i resolve this. Please help.

one more questions i have a external ssd wd elements is it compatible with windows 11? I can copy the data in it but cannot copy back into my pc( this is when windows were working)
