Product: Hp 220Ge
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

the hp laptop elitebook 220 Ge does not start at all but the charging indicator is on and has red lights. But when I try to power on their is one blink on sound indicator and power button and indicator then the battery charging indicator blinks 5 times red and white lights.. then all the lights turn off and after some seconds like 5 secs the charging indicator returns again(red) mark you I am forced to press the power button for longer time than usual before this happens.. any help?
