Product: HP probook 455 G1
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I have an HP probook laptop it were working fine the battery goes to zero and it turned off when the charger is plugged in I get 3 flashes of the charging LED and it does not turn on.
When the battery is in place and the charger is plugged in, I get 3 flashes of the charging LED. If I try it with only the battery I get the same thing, however if I try with only the charger and no battery i get nothing at all.
