Hp laptop repair

Product: Hp Elitebook 840 G3

I really need help. Can you please show me how to fix issue. I would like to start my laptop again while keeping all my pictures, data, files, and settings to the same way it was before this happened. I get a message in a blue screen that says recovery -my pc needs repair and I need a SUB or disk to reboot.

 

Please help me with this. I would like to keep all my data and not have anything erased.  I have HP Elitebook but forgot what number Windows system.

Follow the link below on a working PC to download the Windows 10 bootable USB ISO file:

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

 

You can then select repair and keep your existing files.
