Hp laptop witches off on its own and power button is blinking.

My hp laptop if left unattended for more than 10-13 mins the screen turns off and it does not opens on clicking any key. I have to deep shutdown with power button and switch it on again. Also when choosing sleep option the same thing happens.

What is the solution for this?

Also with the switch off problem the laptop when set to sleep/hibernate keeps blinking the two leds but does not wake up .I have tried all the settings for that, but didn't work.
