Pavilion g6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop shuts down without any errors or warnings immediately after it is turned on. Connected the charger and tried, still same problem. It's a Pavilion G6 model and running on Windows 7 - 64 bit os.

Welcome to HP Community

Try getting to the BIOS and let me know if the Notebook shuts down

-Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on the F10 key to you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

If the Notebook shuts down in BIOS please contact HP Support or local tech for Service Options
