Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi,
When i tired to start my hp pavilion laptop(windows 10), screen starts up and keeps loading with the symbol trying but windows doesnot startup.
I tired to reboot/restart and it does the same.
I tired to restore or reset the laptop but shows error message- disk partition error.
I have ran system tests and all are passed.

Re: Hp pavilion laptop freezes at the startup loading screen

Hi,

If all the hardware tests passed Ok, it would sound like the OS has corrupted.

As the machine has been previously upgraded form Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, a hardware profile ( Digital Entitlement ) will have been recorded by the activation servers.

As long as the previous installation of Windows 10 had activated Ok after the upgrade from 8.1, you can just create your own installation media and perform a clean installation as detailed in the guide on the following link.  Note: At the activation screen, select 'I don't have a Product key' - Windows will activate automatically once the installation has completed.

Hi,

Are you seeing this error message when reinstalling Windows 10 as detailed in my previous post?

If you are, are you using a disc or flash drive to reinstall 10?
