HP Recommended

Hi everyone. I have a problem with pavilion x360 convertible, model 13-u063sa stoped working. The charging is working because I can see the orange light, also when turned on, the caps lock blinks 5 times; three slow and two quick. What could the diagnosis of that problem be? I will be thankful of your responses.
