HP Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Just hour ago I advised by HP team to bring my notebook for service. After guide by technia support  via WhatsApp. I appreciate it, but I know the problem will same like other problem happened to spectre.

I rise this issue on this forum in order to encourage HP technical or engineering because I saw lot of complain about notebook dead.

HP spectre is expensive notebook and we as customer expected to get a very good performance, but in reality many laptops couldn't stay longer than 2 years.

The problem are in motherboard. The price to fix it is about $500. So if I bought this notebook for $1900, that is mean only for 2 years, then I will have to prepare another $500 to replace the motherboard. So total cost for this notebook is actually $2400. And... you need to be lucky enough not to lost your data and of course your important meeting and work will be in terrible situation because of the sudden death of this hp spectre plusssss they will fix it in 1-2 weeks.

So please HP, please please please if you make expensive notebook, please remember that your customer are willing to pay that expensive one because we trust your products. But... if (many) products are failed, you need to be responsible to recall it or please do not ask your customer to pay for replacement something that we did not do it wrong.

We lost the money, lost time, lost data...
