I purchased this 1500 dollar laptop just a year and a half ago and last night it failed on me. This is pretty frustrating since this computer was so expensive. I know that this particular model has issues with its motherboard and I'm pretty sure that is what is wrong with mine. I would like to talk to an HP rep in order to find out how to solve this problem especially because I leave for college soon and I need a laptop. Thanks, everyone!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
