Hp spectre x360 wont turn on after 2 days of purchase!

Hp spectre x360 15.6"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I happily bought a brand new shiny spectre x360 for a new architecture job not more than 2 days ago.. and now it refuses to turn on/ charge (even after a hard reset).

Problems after 6-7 months is still pushing it for a product but '2 Day's' for a £1700 laptop that is "A creative revolution" with "a battery that goes the distance" but completely died only 2 days is an absolute mockery (the kindest word I can think of).

For such a well established company that i held high regards for its just completely unacceptable especially now with a presentation I have on Friday and my job on the line.

 

Thoughts, fixes???
