Product: HP Stream - 11-ak0012dx

My computer charging light is on but the screen is black. I’ve tried unplugging and holding the power button and nothing is working. I sent it back about a year ago and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and miraculously it worked again when they sent it to me. Now a year later the same exact thing is happening…..

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Do you see boot screen and Windows loading ?

 

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
