Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My daughters laptop she got for xmas suddenly wont turn on today. When connected to the power outlet the power light comes on solid. 

 

When i press the power on button the power light the other side of the laptop slowly flashes white. If i press and hold the power button for 20 seconds the flashing light turns off.

 

Any ideas
