Hi:

 

The 24 character error code translates to one word...Failed.

 

That leaves us nothing to go on.

 

99.9% of the time you get one of those 24 character failure ID codes for the hard drive, it means the drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by creating a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.  Select the 64 bit media.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
