I bought a Care Pack for my Spectre a month ago but it does not show I have one

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x360530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a Care Pack a month ago but manual warranty check says I have none and HP Support App says I have none. I have the confirmation email saying I bought it on 9/29/2020. What the heck???
