Hp 340s G7

I just bought Hp 340S G7 laptop today. I charged the laptop and clicked on/off button and boot menu appears on the screen then it says C:\> in black screen. 
So I can’t use it and set it.

You should not be getting a boot menu.  You should first see an HP logo, then the screen should clear and you should then be getting a login screen, asking either for a PIN or a password, depending on what you setup.

 

Were you able to go through initial setup, create an account, and setup the PIN or password?
