Product: [Personal Information Removed]

I recently got my laptop fixed. I can’t remember my password and can not find the flash drive that I had set it up with and can not get into my computer. I’m a full time college student and really need to figure out how to unlock it or reset my password. I have already tried resetting the entire thing but it tells me there is to much space and I need to clear some space and I can’t do that because I can’t get into it. Please help!!
