Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So I charge my laptop yesterday  and when I use it It suddenly Not Turning on and today i Feel my Laptop Heat Up a bit Inside the Laptop Bag and i touch it too it heats up a bit But how come it heats up but not turning On?

@Nathan199881 -- your laptop is turning on, and generating heat, but not fully loading Windows from the disk-drive.  Maybe, when it "crashes" during the start-up of Windows, it restarts, generating more heat, and running-down the battery, over-and-over.
