HP Recommended

i closed my laptop screen while it was resetting 

then I tried to turn it on and it just keeps showing a black screen and down at the bottom of the screen it says "press the esc key for startup menu" but its not helpful and i cant seem to find a solution on how to turn it on 

so if anyone knows what i can do pls tell me
