HP Elitebook 745 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've been trying to update the BIOS for my laptop to get a little bit of extra performance on it. I went on HP's website to get the file for the download, and everything was going smoothly until it asked for my BIOS Administrator Password. I bought this laptop refurbished so the previous owners must have set this password. I've looked up some solutions, such as entering an incorrect password three times so that it gives me some kind of code which I can use to get another password. However, this just doesn't work and when I enter the password incorrect 3 times, it just tells me to press the power button to restart the device.
