Hi, I've got a HP Stream 7 - Have not used it in 10+ years, just dug it out of box - all New with original box and charger, no manual...
I don't have any idea what the Administrator or Power on Password is.
After 3 attempts it brings up a code, and I can't get pass this code, I switch the tablet off and each time of 3 attempts it brings up a new System Disabled Code.

Unfortunately, for problems with Bios passwords, you will need to contact an HP agent.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support
According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.
Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region.
For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
The only way to recover your PC's BitLocker key is if you printed it out or exported it to your Microsoft account when you first set up your PC.
Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support
Without the key, you will have to clean install Windows on the encrypted drive so you can use your PC again.
