Product: M9X67AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My envy used to work quite well in booting up and logging in with camera recognition but now all that I get is the camera cannot turn on please log in with your pin. I have tried downloading the program that the support assistant recommended but it would not install because it told me that I had a newer version of the same program. I can't imagine that the support assistant is still outdated after all these years but I would certainly like a fix for this.
