The failure code translates to one word....Failed.
If the code was related to the hard drive, 99% of the time you get one of those codes, your only option is to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by creating a bootable W10 installer using the media creation tool at the link below.
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
