Microsoft Windows 11

My EC2150AX's screen suddenly went dead (not black, totally dead). I was studying, watching a lecture on YouTube. The power button is still on in purple, the purple backlit keyboard does not have power. I have tried holding down the power button and releasing it in hopes for a reboot but it's jot working. Holding down the power button turns the light in the button off, but when I press it in hopes of a start up, it just glows, but the laptop itself won't start. The power cable isn't faulty, the laptop is still getting charged with the LED glowing. Please help.

Hi, @Reetom the issue may likely be coming from the motherboard and if you recently upgraded to Windows 11, that could also be a likely cause of this challenge.

If your laptop is still under warranty, try to reach out to HP Support for further assistance or take your laptop to a local computer repair shop.
