Why is blue screen appearing on my laptop saying your pc ran into a problem and it restarts the system

Hi,

Usually blue screens are driver problem and sometimes hardware problem.

Try running HP hardware diagnostics on the PC. You can do this at boot, Try performing the system tests.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

 

Also try completly updating the PC. You can follow this guide:
