I have a system quick test Failure ID 9SND7T-82MAPE-MFPX61-60T703.

Hello,

I have an Envy x 360 Laptop. I was having trouble getting sound when I was streaming from our Church website. I was testing drivers and decided to download wizard installer. My screen turned blue with an HP troubleshoot screen. none of the troubleshoot prompts have any effect. I have run an EUFI system quick test and came up with a Failure ID

9SND7T-82MAPE-MFPX61-60T703.

Any help identifying this would be appreciated.

Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

Hello
the hard drive is defective
It can continue to operate for a certain time, but it can definitively break down, if it is not already the case!
If possible, save personal data
Try a full reinstall
Be careful even if it works, it may permanently break down, save the data regularly.
This may allow you to use the computer while you find a hard drive!
Your computer should be this
