Hi my HP laptop was just working earlier today. Now when I turned it on it boots up to a grey screen that has the camera icon in the upper right corner and an icon that looks like a globe in the upper left corner it has the date and time in the middle and the lower right corner has the icon that looks like a white rainbow and the icon showing how much power it has. It won’t boot pass this screen and I have rebooted a few times.

I have not seen this ... but here is some troubleshooting advice from Microsoft about this:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to
