HP laptop 14s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a Hp Laptop 14s, it is around 1 month old, I am facing a weird issue regarding boot.

To start my laptop I first move the laptop lid up, and then to power it up I press the power button but it does not power up, nothing appears on the screen, the CPU won't start even the lights don't turn on. Now when I close the lid and open it again to power on the laptop it starts in just one attempt.

I don't get it. What's the issue?
I have to close the lid of the laptop and open it again 2 times to power on my laptop.

I have installed all the windows 10 latest updates when I am asking this question and also installed all the latest updates from HP support assistant including the latest BIOS update for AMD processors. I did all the hardware tests and all things are perfectly fine.

Please someone help me!!

It is very annoying as my laptop is brand new and I am facing this issue.

I don't know whether it is a hardware problem or a software problem.

 Windows Version:10.0.19042 Build 19042

BIOS : F.15-08/17/2021

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics, 2100 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
