I keep getting locked out

When it logs me in my laptop it immediately give me a blue screen then says locking and I can’t do anything before it locks it self

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8. (for all HP notebook computer)
