Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After about a year on this laptop, and windows 10 (updated regularily) i started seeing pop ups that say " WIndows couldn;t connect to the Group Policy CLient service" That wouldn;t allow me to get into my computer. I have had the Geek Squad repair it over 12 times and it still pops up. Then it locks up some of my word files and says I can;t get into them.

I'm super frustrated with what was a great computer. Has anyone else had this problem?
