I need help to clear an Administrator Password for my laptop

Hello guys 

please i need help i set an Administrator password some time back on my HP Notebook 15-ay192nr , and i needed to install another OS using a flash drive.

When i try the password when trying to enter the BIOS settings i get a message System Disabled with some number 

[ i 51432768 ] is there any way i got access my laptop's bios or is it impossible now.

PLEASE I NEED SOME HELP

Hello i did enter in that code but still it fails the adminstrative passsword is still there.

is there any other option i can use.

like install new bios because i also tried updating the bios but still nothing changes.

please can u help me and find me other options if you can because i have tried almost all options and i have faild.

i followed the link you provided those contacts provided most of them a out of range of the country i am in.

My laptop serial number is [edited] . I was also told my case number is [edited].

If you could help and find me some alternatives I will be so much greatful.

From the support center I this is the note book name I got which is different from the previous one.

from the support center after entering my the serial number.  This is what i got as the modle name for the laptop computer HP Notebook - 15-ay031nx  and the case number was [edited].

could you try and get me another code I can try and use using this modle name i got. THANKS

it still field to erase the bios password the code you recently sent.

or may be could you be having another alternative bios i could install that could be having a working code, so that i could install that new bios update. because i tried updating the bios, the bios gets updated but it still has the bios password.

please keep me posted if there are any updates on it.
