I need my 24 digit failure code

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.

 

I believe your machine is out of warranty now. Please replace its HDD then using HP Cloud Recovery tool to re-build your machine
