Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
This is HP BIOS standard procedure:
Either you made changes to <secure boot> or turned the feature off (to activate legacy boot).
This is <secure boot> commit, just enter 4 digits shown and press ENTER to confirm the changes, that's it.
