Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer froze so I hit ctrl alt delete and instead of restarting the screen went dark gray.  How do I fix it please?

It's just stuck on dark gray on the screen.

I guess I had too many files open at the same time and my computer froze so hit ctrl alt delete and instead of restarting it's now on a dark gray screen.
