- Exact model of your printer / Desktop/ notebook (if you need help, click here for information on how to find your model number model).
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- If possible, get back to us with the screen shot of the error message.
- Any hardware or software changes made on the unit?
