I want to change my windows to a newer one

but I couldn’t  could u guys help me to change my boot settling so I can change my window

What Windows version are you currently using? And what is the version you want to upgrade to?

 

How old is the PC?

 

Asking because the newer PC have Secure Boot enabled in the UEFI settings and that will prevent you from booting from a CD or DVD.
