If the laptop is shutdown and left over 5 hours and pressing power button windows boots up

Dear All:  If I shutdown and leave my laptop for 30 minutes and then press the power button to start up, the windows boots up or else after running the laptop for 30 minutes if I am shutting down and I press the power button to restart my laptop again, the screen is totally black this time ...... the harddisk and the power light is on but the screen is black. 

I have tried for a hard reset, restored bios, and even re-installed windows 10, but nothing has worked. 

Every time after shutting the laptop I need to wait for 30 minutes to restart up my laptop or else there is always black screen.  

I am not aware of what is the problem and why I am not able to restart my laptop frequently.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Can you please let me know, is it a motherboard issue or problem with hard disk??  The laptop is out of warranty so thought to ask in the forum.  It will be greatly appreciated if you could kindly mention what hardware problem is leading to a black screen. And why I need to wait for 15 minutes every time to start up the laptop. And when restarting the laptop with restart option it boots up and leads to black screen error. If I leave the laptop for 5 hours and then restart it boots up without black screen error.  So every time I need to shut down the laptop other than using the restart button.
