Bonjour,

le PC de belle maman est complètement planté (j’imagine, d’après ce que j’ai pu lire, à la suite d’une MAJ automatique de Windows...). Il n’y a carrément plus de système d’exploitation...

Au démarrage, l’écran est noir avec l’inscription :  Erreur Hard Disk 3F0 au démarrage

Je ne sais absolument pas comment réinstaller Windows (désolé, moi je suis sur MAC...). Je doute que ma belle mère ai un CD d’installation... Je n’arrive pas à accéder au BIOS, on me demande un mot de passe administrateur,... Que j’ignore !!

Quelle galère !

 

Est ce que l’un d’entre vous aurait une idée pour me dépatouiller ?
