I can't create a repair ticket due to wrong warranty information which indicates it was expired 3 months after purchase. I contacted customer service and got a response that it is fixed and updated but I still see my warranty indicating "expired", that prevents from creating a repair ticket.
There is no ways other than waiting for a response via email, it takes almost 2 weeks to get a response. As my correct warranty will be expired in a month, I would like to have another way to contact customer service and create a repair thick. Any ideas?

For an extended warranty, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the options for your computer warrenty .
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
